What is The Legend of Xenobia?
Legends of Xenobia (an AFKmud) is a medieval-fantasy driven Multi-User Dungeon (MUD), based off of Forgotten Realms and 2nd Edition AD&D, in which you may develop your own character and interact with others for as long as your imagination may allow you to. Our mud is roleplay enforced with limited player-killing only valid and highly supported via roleplay. Legends of Xenobia sports 100 levels of pure fun, 90 which can be attained by gaining experience and the rest which are awarded for roleplay and dedication. Come be a part of our family!
How do I Get Started?
Before you can play you will need to get a Telnet client that can connect to the server. Windows and other operating systems have the default ones however they don't exactly make your life easy. Several specialized versions of Telnet clients have been written just for MUD's which make a lot of the commands and navigation much simpler.
- G-Mud Client - from sourceforge.net (free)
- MUSH Client - from gammon.com.au (free)
Where do I connect to?
Once you have your MUD client up and running you will need to input the following information to connect.
- Hostname: xenobia.mudmagic.com
- Port: 1972
